Ironworkers since 1880, the POUENAT workshops are historically established in Moulins in Allier. In the sixties, they developed their activities in the interior decoration and the decorative arrangement in metalwork. Taken by Jacques Rayet in 1995, POUENAT took a decisive turn in 2003; he added lighting and furniture created by renowned designers-architects to the classic activities workshops.
POUENAT is one of the few art publishers in the metalworking profession. He now employs twenty-five artisans and collaborators. In 2009, the label “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” (EPV) awarded by the Ministry of the Economy, Industry and Employment confirms the excellence and rarity of its know-how.
