ABOUT BEIT COLLECTIVE

Beit collective was founded in 2019 by Emilie Skaff. Passionate about art and design, she studied architecture which allowed her to work on prestigious projects such as the renovation of the Hôtel de Crillon. She then went on to do a Masters in Decorative Arts and Design at Sotheby's Institute in London, before working for the Kreo Gallery where she developed a real experience and an appetite for the world of design.

Emilie Skaff's initial objective, through Beit Collective, is to support and promote Lebanese artisans, notably by improving and modernising manufacturing techniques. Her initial idea quickly evolved into the creation of pieces made in tandem between a Lebanese craftsman and designer or artist, as a tribute to the culture of her native country.
