Alexandra Saguet, interior designer and founder of AS Interior Design, presents Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin's Blue Bay restaurant at the heart of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hôtel & Resort.

In Monaco, on the most exclusive rock on the Riviera, the Monte-Carlo Bay Hôtel & Resort unveils its Blue Bay gourmet restaurant in a chic, natural setting designed by interior designer Alexandra Saguet. After 5 months of work, this ambitious project marks a new chapter for the restaurant, perfectly blending the elegance and subtlety of nature to offer guests a new taste and aesthetic experience.


Blue Bay is a gastronomic jewel that pays tribute to Caribbean cuisine with rich and varied flavours. 2* Chef Marcel Ravin has created a menu that highlights bold flavours and bright colours.

When it comes to decor, nature is everywhere. Lush vegetation, natural motifs and neutral colours...  The Chef wanted his customers to be embraced by natural elements: wood, water, fire, metal and earth. Like a green oasis, the project designed by Alexandra Saguet brings warmth and intimacy to the different areas: the restaurant, Marcel's table and the terrace. The interior architect has brilliantly translated this idea into generous organic shapes. First of all, she adapted the circulation and drew inspiration from the curved line marking the perimeter of the terrace to design the space. The curved walls separate the different areas, which are themselves punctuated by convivial round tables and wrap-around chairs. All the furniture was made to measure by the agency.
