Right in the heart of Boulevard Saint-Germain, within a superb Haussmann-style building, this residential project occupies the entire floor on the 5th storey. Under the guidance of Guillaume Terver and his agency LeLAD, the layout centres on a vast open-plan reception area, incorporating the kitchen, dining room and living room, which forms the very backbone of the flat. On either side, five suites are arranged, designed to offer each resident privacy and comfort. A harmonious layout that meets the needs of a large blended family in search of space.
