In the heart of Paris's 11th arrondissement, tucked away in a discreet passageway, a former single-storey warehouse without a single window has been given a new lease of life under the guidance of Guillaume Terver, founder of the LeLAD agency. The project is a true metamorphosis: this raw 160m² space, once closed off from light, has now been transformed into a home filled with brightness.
